SourceFM is a facilities maintenance company based in Texas. We travel throughout central and east Texas providing quality preventive maintenance, repair, and life safety services for healthcare facilities and commercial buildings. We have over 25 years of maintenance experience, and over two decades of experience in hospitals and other healthcare facilities, and are familiar with the specialized needs of healthcare providers. We currently maintain over 500,000 square feet of commercial and healthcare properties. Additionally, our staff keeps abreast of Joint Commission, HFAP and DNV standards, NFPA regulations, ICC standards, CMS requirements, and Texas DSHS licensing requirements.
